If you are in pain right now, calling is faster than filling anything in. We answer around the clock and can usually tell you within a couple of minutes whether you need to be seen today.
Tell us what's going on. We'll call you back fast.
Two ways in, and they are not equally fast. If a tooth is broken, an abscess has swollen your face, or the pain is keeping you awake, phone 502-709-6108. Urgent cases are handled on the phone because we need to hear the symptoms to judge how quickly you need a chair.
The form is the right choice for anything that is not an emergency: a checkup, a cleaning, a second opinion, or a treatment you have been putting off. Every request is answered within one business day.
None of it requires you to know dental terminology. Describe what you feel in plain words and we will work out the rest.

Bring a list of any medication you take and details of any allergies. If you have dental insurance, bring the card. If another dentist has taken X-rays of the tooth recently, tell us and we will request them rather than repeating the imaging.
If a tooth or part of one has come out, bring it in a cup of milk rather than water or a tissue. Milk keeps the cells on the root surface alive, and those cells are what decide whether a knocked out tooth can be replanted successfully.
Come in whatever you are wearing and do not worry about how long it has been since your last appointment. Nobody here is going to lecture you about it.
